If we see widespread granule loss, soft decking or repeated leaks, we tell you that too, and quote a replacement so you can compare.
Repairs are covered by our workmanship warranty on the work performed, and full replacements carry the 5-year transferable warranty.

How fast can you come out?

Can you match my existing shingles?
Usually. We carry common colors and can source most Owens Corning and GAF lines. One review notes the repair blends perfectly into the existing roof.
Do you do emergency tarping?
Yes. After a storm we can tarp the roof to stop water coming in, then schedule the permanent repair.
Will you tell me if I need a whole new roof?
Yes, with photos. We would rather you call us back in two years for the replacement than sell you one you do not need.
